Why I'm writing in public

A weekly record of what I'm learning while building. Mostly for me, hopefully useful for you.

I’ve started and scaled a few consumer businesses now, and I’ve noticed something annoying. Most of what I learned along the way, I’ve already forgotten.

The big moments stick. The fundraise, the first big retail order, the launch that flopped. But the small, useful lessons fade within weeks. Why a supplier relationship went sideways. What actually moved conversion. Which advice I ignored and later wished I hadn’t.

So this is my fix. Every week I’ll write down what I’m learning while building in consumer health. The highs, the lows, and whatever I figured out in between.

What to expect

Honest notes, not polished case studies. Some weeks there will be a clear insight. Some weeks it will just be a record of a hard week. Both are worth writing down.

Why do it publicly?

Partly accountability. It’s much harder to skip a week when the last post has a date on it.

And partly because the best conversations I’ve had as a founder started with someone saying “I’ve been through that too.” If something here sounds familiar, get in touch. The form is right below.
